During the screening process we run a credit, criminal, and rental background check. A nonrefundable application fee of $35.00 will be charged for the screening process. Payments may be made online by credit or debit card at the end of the application. Contact the leasing office at (509) 838-7824 if you have any questions regarding rental criteria for the Courts at Indian Canyon.

If you are unable to complete your application online, you may fill out the paper form and fax, email, or deliver to our management office. The application fee of $35.00 must be submitted with the application or your application will not be processed. Application fee may be paid by check or money order.
